Benjamin E Mays High School is a public high school located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 1971, it has been providing quality education to its students for over four decades. The school offers an array of educational opportunities and extracurricular activities that help prepare students for college and beyond.
The student body at Benjamin E Mays High School consists of approximately 1,400 students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. The faculty is dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential by offering personalized instruction and support services such as tutoring, mentoring programs, career counseling, and more.
In addition to academics, Benjamin E Mays High School also provides a wide range of extracurricular activities including sports teams (football, basketball, baseball), clubs (drama club, chess club), music ensembles (marching band) and other organizations like the National Honor Society.
