University Schools Description
University Schools is a public charter school located in Greeley, Colorado. Founded in 1998, the school serves students from kindergarten through 12th grade and offers an innovative educational experience that combines rigorous academics with real-world experiences. The school's mission is to provide a safe learning environment where all students can reach their full potential as lifelong learners and responsible citizens.
At University Schools, teachers use project-based learning to engage students in meaningful activities that foster critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities. Students are encouraged to explore their interests through elective courses such as art, music, drama, physical education, technology and more. In addition to traditional classes like math and science, the school also offers advanced placement (AP) courses for college credit.
