Strive Prep - Excel Description
Strive Prep - Excel School is a public charter school located in Denver, Colorado. Founded in 2012, the school serves students from kindergarten through 8th grade and provides an innovative learning environment that focuses on college readiness and career exploration. The school's mission is to prepare all of its students for success in college and beyond by providing them with rigorous academic instruction, meaningful extracurricular activities, and strong character development.
At Strive Prep - Excel School, teachers use project-based learning to engage their students in real-world problem solving. Students are encouraged to think critically about issues they encounter both inside and outside of the classroom. Additionally, the school offers a variety of enrichment programs such as robotics clubs, coding classes, art classes, music lessons, theater productions, field trips to local museums and more.
The faculty at Strive Prep - Excel School are dedicated to helping each student reach his or her full potential. They provide individualized attention and support throughout the year so that every student can succeed academically and socially. In addition to regular parent-teacher conferences throughout the year, parents have access to online resources such as newsletters and progress reports so they can stay informed about their child’s progress at any time.
