August Schilling Elementary Description
August Schilling Elementary School is a public school located in Newark, California. It serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade and has an enrollment of approximately 500 students. The school was founded in 1965 and named after August Schilling, a prominent local businessman who donated the land for its construction.
The school offers a variety of educational programs to meet the needs of all learners including special education services, English language development classes, and gifted/talented programs.
