Monroe Elementary School is a public school located in the heart of Monrovia, California. Founded in 1887, Monroe has been providing quality education to students for over 130 years. The school serves approximately 500 students from kindergarten through fifth grade and offers an array of educational programs designed to meet the needs of all learners.

At Monroe Elementary School, teachers strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. Through engaging lessons that incorporate technology into the classroom experience, teachers help foster critical thinking skills while also encouraging creativity and collaboration among their students.
