Madera High School Description

Madera High School is a public high school located in Madera, California. Established in 1891, it is the oldest high school in Madera County and serves students from grades 9-12. The school has an enrollment of over 2,000 students and offers a wide variety of academic programs including Advanced Placement (AP) courses, college preparatory classes, career technical education (CTE), special education services, and extracurricular activities such as sports teams and clubs.

The campus features modern facilities with state-of-the-art technology to support student learning. It also boasts a library media center that provides access to books, periodicals, digital resources and other materials for research projects or recreational reading. Additionally, there are several athletic fields on site for physical education classes or afterschool sports practices.

At Madera High School we strive to create an environment where all students can reach their full potential through rigorous academics combined with meaningful social experiences.
