Lompoc High School Description

Lompoc High School is a public high school located in the city of Lompoc, California. Founded in 1891, it is one of the oldest schools in Santa Barbara County and has been providing quality education to its students for over 125 years. The school offers an array of academic programs including Advanced Placement (AP) courses, college preparatory classes, career technical education (CTE), and special education services.

The campus consists of two main buildings: the Main Building which houses classrooms and administrative offices; and the Performing Arts Center which includes a theater, music rooms, dance studios, and practice spaces. In addition to these facilities there are also athletic fields for football, soccer, baseball/softball as well as tennis courts.

At Lompoc High School we strive to create an environment that encourages learning while promoting respect for all individuals regardless of race or gender identity. We believe that every student should have access to quality educational opportunities so they can reach their full potential both academically and socially. Our dedicated faculty works hard to ensure our students receive a comprehensive education that prepares them for success after graduation whether they choose to pursue higher education or enter into the workforce directly upon graduating from LHS.
