Born and raised in Colorado, Kendall spent much of her life in Northern Colorado and the Denver area and worked in the hospitality and tech industries before making the jump to real estate. She likes to think her varied careers and interests are a reflection of her curiosity and love of learning about people and new ideas. From a psychology degree to level 1 sommelier training and music taste that runs the gamut, there really isn’t much she’ll say no to trying!Now, she calls Englewood home, where you'll often find me at concerts, enjoying tacos and a margarita with friends, or working on home remodel and design projects. For a break from the city, I also love heading to the mountains to snowboard, ski, or hike around my family's cabin on the Blue River with my dogs Georgie and Maddie.From a young age, she learned the benefits of investing in real estate. That understanding grew into a love of helping others find a place to call home. Real estate offers not only a source of pride in where you live but also a great way to find financial stability.That perspective on real estate is why she loves sharing with others the idea of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) as a way to create an income stream through your home. Since establishing her own short term rental properties, she's been able to help others set up their own income streams through rental properties like ADUs.
