Sean Mulligan is the co-owner and President of ARC Real Estate. Sean has been involved in real estate his entire life, going to see properties with his father Tom all throughout his childhood and always enjoying real estate in general. Sean credits his success to his father Tom mentoring him from the time that he was incredibly young all the way through to this day, that wealth of knowledge helped Sean to hit the ground running when he got into the business.On his 18th birthday Sean got his real estate license and has been collaborating with his father ever since and now has over a decade of experience. Sean graduated with honors from Rider University with a degree in Business Administration and his goal is to make ARC Real Estate stand out as the top company in the Tri-State area. Sean believes that the most important thing in real estate is caring about the client and putting the client first. Tom has instilled in Sean from an early age that the key to being successful in real estate is “nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” That is their motto.Sean is successful because he is “well rounded” in every aspect of the business. Sean is an expert at pricing, marketing, and negotiating and prides himself on providing VIP, white glove treatment to his clients. Sean makes sure to do everything possible to make transactions flow to closing as smoothly as possible. Sean’s ability to listen to his client’s needs has allowed him to exceed his client’s goals and expectations and his personality and character have allowed Sean to build and maintain great relationships which have fueled his business through referrals and repeat clients. Together, Sean and Tom have over 40 years of experience. Sean is a licensed broker in NJ, NY, and PA.
