Some people did not want Paul’s business, but some wanted a detailed analysis of the real estate market for a particular neighborhood, Paul made himself available to his friends and connections. It is important to Paul to serve his clients and friends extremely well, so he created workflows and systems to ensure he managed every detail the client would want, even aiming to solve problems they did not yet know existed. Paul believes it is his role to run interference for his clients, so they do not have any hiccups, so he set about refining the systems and processes constantly, to ensure they were as thorough and forward-looking as possible.
