Patti and her husband had been second homeowners in the Mt Snow area for a dozen years before deciding to move to the Valley on a full-time basis in 2016. There was no question that this is where they wanted to move when the time presented itself. Patti says: "There's nothing like the Valley. Winter is magical and summers are peaceful and serene. The quality of life here is unparalleled." After having been in the Valley for a time, she joined the Rotary of the Deerfield Valley, became a Justice of the Peace, and was elected to the Board of Civil Authority for the town of Wilmington. She volunteers her time with the Food for Kids Program and is a member of the Deerfield Valley Rotary Club. Through her involvement with volunteer programs, she has made numerous new friends who have helped to make the transition not only smooth but a delight. Having been a real estate agent years ago in Western MA and with an interest in meeting new people, it was natural to become an agent once again. Her interests also include home renovation projects, gardening, and decorating. Patti and her husband raised their two sons in Western MA. In winters they could be found skiing throughout the Northeast and then spent their summers on the beaches of Martha's Vineyard. Patti holds an MS degree from Villanova University in Human Resources Development. She is the proud grandmother of two granddaughters who live in Lakewood, CO with her son and daughter-in-law and is waiting for her other son, who lives in Monticeto, CA to realize that she needs another daughter-in-law and more grandchildren.
