Owner said that all of the wiring is new and the plumbing works. The refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, washer, and dryer work and can all stay. Central A/C unit works and ducts were recently chemically cleaned. The exterior is vinyl siding and the roof has architectural shingles.

The floors are all solid, however most of the house doesn't have flooring (just subfloor). The floors aren't even, but they are solid. The second bathroom has water inlet lines but the sink was taken out. Parts of the ceiling in some back rooms don't have drywall. The owner is in the process of cleaning up possessions and getting rid of possessions.

The owner doesn't have keys for the front door deadbolt or front door knob and uses a latch. He will let you in if you request an appointment though ShowingTime. Owner does have cats and dogs but can put them in a fenced-in area.
