Ryan Pagano was born and raised in Charlotte, making me one of the few who can identify themselves as a native. In 2010, he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville with a Bachelor of Arts degree and not the slightest idea of what he wanted to do.After meandering through a number of different jobs and finding Jesus Christ along the way, it became clear that fulfillment in a lifelong career would come from putting another is needs above my own. Having grown up in a real estate family, Ryan understood how impactful the purchase or sale of a home can be and he quickly found his niche in real estate.Before starting Mission Realty in 2020, he was employed by a law firm in Charlotte where his time was spent selling property out of estates, guardianships, and partition proceedings. Though the work was far from glamorous, that experience uniquely equipped me to assist people who find themselves with more difficult, dramatic, and complicated real estate needs. Ryan have been involved in transactions ranging from $15,000 to $5,000,000 so whatever your need, he can help.Wondering what he does for fun? During his off hours you can find me covered in grease under the hood of a (friend’s ??) car or grabbing a charcuterie board with my amazing and beautiful wife.
