This lovely 3 bedroom, spacious home overlooks the 18th hole of the Torreon CC Tower golf course and a key water feature with two gently babbling water fountains. The tall pine trees sway when the wind blows, providing a frame for the course and the water; there are often elk drinking in the rushes on the other side of the fairway. The porch at the back provides ample seating, a gas connection for the BBQ and a peaceful place to read a book. This unique home has 3 full bathrooms to match each of the 3 full bedrooms. All have granite counters and tiled floors. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. One room is a lock off for visitors with its own private patio overlooking a well manicured garden managed by the HOA. A five minute walk to the Country Club.
