Originally from Westchester and now living on the Upper East Side, Jesse Klein has always had a connection to New York City. He is fascinated with the expansive list of activities and was drawn to the myriad of opportunities New York has to offer. Jesse has experience in the finance and accounting side of the housing market, including the valuation of mortgage-backed securities. He also comes with research and sales experience, focusing on commercial property types in the NY Metro Area. In addition, Jesse has collaborated with brokers, market lenders, bank appraisers, and engineers alongside a private real estate investor.
