From looking at my aviation and automotive background you might ask yourself why I chose real estate now? After retirement I thought about the house I bought (and still own) since I was in the military. I had come home from leave and contacted a local realtor about purchasing my first family home. I didn’t have the slightest idea of where to start the process so I called a professional realtor. This realtor made me feel comfortable from the start and lead the way through the home buying process. Even while on military leave, he would mail me real estate magazines on properties that would meet the needs of my family. Once I returned back home we finally found the place to call home. Contract pending, I had to return overseas and leave my family behind. I didn’t know whether we would succeed and close or not. To my surprise, I arrived home to the home of our dreams! The realtor handled everything. I could not have gone through the home buying process without him and was elated at how smooth, even with 2 military leaves, he made everything go.
