As an El Paso native, I know my city, its neighborhoods and our real estate market. I was recently bestowed REALTOR Emeritus status for my forty years service in the Real Estate Industry, all of it in El Paso. During this time, I have successfully relocated over a thousand clients in and out of El Paso.I strive, at all times, to find my clients the home they are looking for but also to provide them with comprehensive details to enable them to make a good decision on their home purchase. On any home my buyer clients are interested in, I do a market analysis to inform them what the actual market value of the home is. Due to my exceptional knowledge of the real estate market, I also guide my home sellers with all the relevant information necessary to price their home correctly to avoid an excessive market time. In 2018, my listings sold for approximately 99% of their list price.I do more than just bring my knowledge to the transaction--My clients appreciate my Ethics and Enthusiasm on each transaction.
