Pam is a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, C2EX, member of the Commercial Association of Realtors, Mississippi Real Estate Commissioner 2015-2024, 2021 chair, 2024 Chair of NAR Smart Growth Advisory Group, guest lecturer and educator, and past chair of the National Association of Realtors Communications Committee, 2006 President of the Mississippi Association of Realtors, creator of the Realtors Disaster Relief Task Force in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Past member of the National Association of Realtors Commercial Committee and the NAR Federal Technology Advisory Board. Powers is a longtime member of the MAR Professional Standards Committee and the MAR Regional Ethics and Arbitration Panel. In 2001, Powers was selected one of Mississippi’s 50 Leading Business Women by the Ms. Business Journal. She is an active member of her community through her involvement in her church as a Licensed Eucharistic Minister, 2023 President of the Greenwood Little Theatre, Main Street Greenwood, Rotarian, past BOD, past Chamber of Commerce executive committee and vice chair of the City Of Greenwood, MS Planning Commission, MVSU James Herbert White Foundation BOD.
