Sandy Gaskins
Prior to being in the real estate industry, Sandy worked for the Darlington County School District in South Carolina for a period of 26 years. She had taught 4th grade for a period of 5 years, 8th grade Earth Science for a period of 15 years, and 5-year-old Kindergarten for a period of 6 years. Sandy then realized that she’d spent enough years in the Darlington County School District, and she eventually left in 2002. By September of 2022, she started her real estate career in working for Coldwell Banker Gandy-Tiller. She was formerly the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Results Realty, which she opened in October 2008, and was the 2015 President of the REALTOR® Association of the Greater P. Dee. She is currently the Broker/Owner of Palmetto Realty in Hartsville, SC. Sandy is a lifelong South Carolina resident. She has been married for 46 years to Buster Gaskins and together they have two sons, Jody and Kevin, four grandchildren, Allison, Jordan, Nathan and Eli, and twin great grandchildren, Lyles and Langston. Outside of real estate, Sandy has held positions as the Darlington County Gamecock Club Board Secretary (from 2009 until 2015) and is currently the Board Vice-President since 2016.
