Peter Champ purchased his first property in Portland over ten years ago after deciding that this was the community in which he and his wife wanted to raise their three children. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Peter owned and operated a successful import and retail business. A growing interest in Portland architecture and real estate, caused Peter to close the business after 14 years and begin his career as a real estate broker.Peter’s attention to detail and reliability are rarely matched — as an owner of both residential and commercial properties he understands the importance of a fluid, seamless transaction and what pitfalls to avoid.
