Our understanding is that the roads are county maintained but the buyer should verify. The lot is relatively flat and clear while being surrounded by hills, valleys, and trees. This could make lot mitigation less expensive. About a 1-hour drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Under 30 minutes to Tarryall Reservoir which is next to hiking and backpacking in Lost Creek Wilderness.
