She and her husband Aaron have 3 wonderful kids, Tyler, Olivia, and Addison. She graduated from EKU in 1998 with a BBA in Real Estate. After graduating college, Sandy worked for an appraisal firm doing residential appraisals for several years before going into Real Estate sales full-time in 2004. Sandy earned her Broker Associate License in 2017. She’s been a consistent top producer since 2007 and her team’s 2015-2022 production ranks them in the top 1% of LBAR production. Sandy values education and has earned the CRS, ABR, SRES, SRS, AHWD, CREN, & GRI designations/ certifications. She's a lifetime member of the top producers club, has been featured in Real Producers, and was Rate My Agent's top agent in Fayette county 2021, but what is most important to her is serving clients and helping her team and agency. Kristy is a lifelong Lexington native who truly enjoys the process of home selling and buying. She’s been licensed since 2015 and has 7 years of experience in the mortgage business! She has earned the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. Kristy loves working out and cycling. She’s been married to her husband Danny since 2001, and has a daughter who just started high school, and 3 dogs they adore. Tyler lives in Nicholasville, KY which has been his home since childhood. He enjoys Jiu-Jitsu, and he can often be found training at Reaction MMA. Tyler recently earned a Business degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. He has several years of experience as an administrator with The Allnutt Group and The Agency where he gained valuable real estate knowledge and skills.Tyler is a second-generation realtor with both of his parents being top-producing realtors in Central Kentucky. You could say real estate is in his blood! Tyler takes great pride in assisting clients in achieving their dream of homeownership.
