My clients know that I work hard to protect and guide them through the process of buying or selling their home and so they readily tell friends and family about our experiences together and about how I helped them. This has enabled me to build a business that allows me to invest in myself, the future, my relationships and in our community. I specialize in single family homes, townhomes and condos priced from $150,000 - $1,500,000. My Strategic Pricing Specialist certification along with 25+ years of sales and negotiating experience, help me to ensure that you will get the best deal possible whether you are buying or selling your home. Being an investor in rental property myself prepares me to also work with other real estate investors. I hold a BA degree in economics from Wake Forest University and I am a former William Friday Fellow in Human Relations with the Wildacres Leadership Initiative.
