Will Freeman is proud to serve you as the Broker in Charge and Director of the Residential Sales Division of The Beach Company, Beach Residential. He has been in residential brokerage since 2010 and the Broker in Charge since 2016. He is a native Charlestonian and have lived here all his life. When Will is not working with clients or helping his agents grow their business, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He loves working with first-time home buyers looking for that special place to put down roots and call their own. At this stage in his life, he is also grateful to work with a number of repeat clients who he was fortunate enough to sell their first home and are now looking to expand to a larger home for their growing families. Will also enjoys working with investors looking to purchase income producing property or development parcels. He grew up downtown on the Peninsula where he attended Mason Prep Elementary School and then Bishop England High School on Daniel Island. Will started his undergrad studies at Clemson but finished at The College of Charleston. Once he moved back from Clemson, he lived on James Island for a few years before moving over to Mt Pleasant. He has lived in Mt Pleasant for the past 12 years and plans to always call this place home. Will has been married since 2014 to his wife Meredith, and they have two lively little boys named Locke and Edward, along with two dogs, Molly and Sprig, who help Will and Meredith keep an eye on the children.
