Patrick enters the Real Estate business with over 20 years of combined experience in the entertainment, education, and sales fields. Upon graduating Cum Laude, he began a very successful stint in Information Technology Staffing and Sales, helping Washington DC-area companies navigate the Y2K crisis. After achieving the level of one of the top salespeople in his company, Patrick made one of those “quarter-life crisis” moves and, contrary to his mother’s advice, became an Actor and moved to Los Angeles in 2004. While pursuing Acting, he was also working for Los Angeles Unified School District at a high school in Granada Hills, where his personality and positive attitude made him an integral part of the school’s culture and staff all while making him one of the student’s favorite teachers. His drive and business sense helped him navigate the difficult waters of starting an acting career and he managed it with great success. With dozens of television, film, and commercial credits to his resume over a 15-year career, Patrick is now transitioning to his true passion of Real Estate.
