Inspired by his father’s real estate career, Tracy acquired his real estate license in 1989 and became a licensed broker in 1990. A native of York, Tracy is committed to the ongoing development and growth of the community and surrounding areas in which he chose to establish his business and raise his family. A second-generation realtor, broker and farmer, Tracy has a vast knowledge of the local real estate market and development.
