Tom Davidson
Tom graduated with honors from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He spent the next 10 years in the aerospace industry working on a variety of missile launch and satellite communications projects, which included several launches from Vandenberg AFB. During this time he began investing in real estate and ultimately transitioned full time into the real estate industry.Tom has over 20 years experience in real estate brokerage, investment and development. This includes 10 years as a commercial real estate broker in the Los Angeles area, where he specialized in the development, leasing, and sales of commercial and industrial properties and the representation of corporate clients. He thoroughly understands the development process from land acquisition to entitlement, permitting, construction and lease up as well as the financing of these phases. Tom has lived for over 15 years in the Santa Ynez Valley with his wife of 30+ years, Jan, and their two sons.
