Santa Cruz CA Home for Sale

This single story ranch style home features 3 bedrooms, 2 separate offices, and a large attached garage. The rooms are spacious, the parcel is usable and sunny, and the location is perfect. The neighborhood is walkable and full of friendly folks, the highly rated Bonny Doon School is a short distance up the road, and the award winning Beauregard Winery tasting room is even closer. Perched above the fog line, it is a short drive down the hill to the Hwy 1 for access to North Coast beaches, to Davenport and the as yet undeveloped San Vicente Redwoods green space, to San Francisco, Pebble Beach and Carmel. We have a recent roof and a new deck. This is a very clean home which is move in ready. The parcel has lots of room for gardens, a vineyard, fruit trees, even a second unit. We even have paved access to three sides of the parcel for deliveries and parking. We will be reviewing any offers on Wednesday, November 8 at Noon. This is a gem, which you can polish to your taste!
