As anyone will tell you, buying a house in this seller's market is stressful. Memorial guided me through the process from beginning to end, highlighting pros/cons of each property we visited, providing valuable advice on how to make competitives offers, researching building permits for properties of interest, negotiating credits with the sellers, etc. He is communicative and congenial, and his knowledge of the South Bay is extensive. During escrow, Memorial was on top of everything, making sure that we met the deadlines set. I cannot thank him enough for all his help.

I was in constant contact with my realtor, he understood what I was looking for and within price range. He asked very good questions in terms of our bottom line in space, area and price. Im highly pleased with his negotiation skills when it came the closing cost and final closing cost. The level of communication in terms of explaining the language of buyer and seller responsibilities which can be overwhelming. His knowledge of the process and was very helpful which led to a swift closing and saving literally thousands though negotiations.
