David Morgan
A Chapel Hill "native" since 1968, David has been working as a NC real estate broker in the Chapel Hill/Durham markets since 1978 and has been practicing exclusively as a commercial broker throughout NC since 1988. A UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, David enjoys pulling for his Tar Heels and playing golf. He has one child, a wonderful daughter who lives in Chapel Hill as well.
