With experiences as a CrossFit coach and as a professional musician, I’ve learned how to hone in on details, collaborate effectively with others, and work diligently to reach goals. I strive to interact with kindness and integrity at all times, solving conflicts diplomatically and making interactions as peaceful and calm as possible. As a transplant to the Capital Region, I’ve come to love all this area has to offer. The proximity to the Adirondacks, the many charming towns and cities, the culture, international airport, and more make this area a perfect place to live!
