Daniel is a Realtor with Houwzer in the Tampa Bay area, with over 29 years of sales and contracts experience, and is a seasoned negotiator. He is a current member of the local Realtor Association ORRA and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Dan is currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Broker Associate with the industry-recognized accreditations of ABR and RSPS certifications. Dan lives in Tampa with his wife Carissa and their miniature schnauzer Daisy. He is blessed to have two incredible stepdaughters.
