G. Daniel Green, MAI, SRA has over forty years of experience in the appraisal industry and is considered a leader in the industry’s technological adoption. Mr. Green has been recognized as a “Volunteer of Distinction”, by the Appraisal Institute for his hard work and dedication to the appraisal industry. During his time as the President of the Northwest Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Green and an ad-hoc committee negotiated a merger to form one of the largest chapters in the country, the Gulf Coast Chapter. Mr. Green holds the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI (Member, Appraisal Institute) designation, as well as the SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) designation.
