With over 25 years of experience as a real estate principal, manager, and broker, Brian Furstenfeld has been actively involved in both familial projects and countless real estate transactions on behalf of clients and investors. He specializes in selling high-end spec homes and locating off market opportunities for buyersin Coastal Orange County.While working at his family’s business, The Furstenfeld Group, Brian managed their portfolio of over five hundred properties, including hotels, restaurants, retail, condominium complexes, apartment buildings, as well assingle-family houses in San Diego, Chicago, and Palm Springs. He participated in investment analysis, site selection, financing, and selling strategies. He acted as liaison with onsite managers and served on 12 HOA boards. Brian also coordinated vendor and contractor services, including bidding, and negotiating onmaintenance, repairs, and new development projects.He pursued his early childhood knowledge of real estate through education at the UC Berkeley where he earned his B.S. in American Studies, with an emphasis in Planning and Urban Development, and Business Administration. Brian’s memberships include the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban EconomicsPolicy Advisory Council at UC Berkeley, National Council of Exchangers, Southern California CreativeInvestors Association, and the San Diego Association of Realtors Investment Exchange.During his time outside of work, Brian enjoys an active lifestyle of hiking, surfing, waterskiing, and boating.
