I have worked with Brian for a little over 3 years on my rental property. For three years in a row he was able to market my townhouse, screen applicants and have a signed lease agreement from a quality tenant within *days*. (One year it took less than 48 hours.) The three different tenants he found each year did not miss a single month of rental payments. I finally decided to sell my rental property this summer and used Brian as my agent. He has a no non-sense approach and clearly has an understanding of the market. In a little over 2 weeks in a market that was slowing down due to the seasonal nature of the business I had an offer which was considerably more than I ever would have expected. Other than his real estate acumen, his number trait is that he is responsive. Not *one* single call, email nor text went unanswered. I never once had to wait longer than a couple of hours for a follow-up. He knows his stuff as does the team he assembled around him. If you want a true professional then I cannot recommend Brian and his team more. Will definitely work with him on all my future real estate needs.

I worked with Steve Roake and the Brian Ernst group to sell my townhome and buy a new house this year, and have nothing but great things to say about them. My house was listed, and sold in a matter of days, (4 days to be exact!) and my first offer was for above the asking price! Steve was incredibly patient with me being so picky, and we saw plenty of houses, and he never tried to show me things out of my price range, or houses with things that were on my dealbreaker list. He was really knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me since I hadn't done this in about 6 years. Overall Brian"s team worked well on this property. His advise on preparation for the property was spot on and the contractor he recommended was terrific. Excellent workmanship and competitive pricing on all work done. Steve did nice job of communication. I did feel however, that once I signed the contract that Brian stopped communicating with me.
