Beau Breda
A lifelong resident of greater Seattle and real estate professional since 2013, Beau understands the nuances of every area. In an ever-growing region, he has a vast knowledge of future land use and how that can affect and help his client’s real estate decisions. With a focus on educating, coupled with being a savvy negotiator, Beau specializes in being a Buyers Broker. Having patience and constant communication, he genuinely cares about finding the right fit for each client. Beau is a graduate Bothell High School (2008), where he was an All-State Baseball player, and attended Everett CC where he also played baseball. Beau currently lives in Brier.
