Barbara Mcfarlin

Focus on a 'customer first,' 'no surprises' philosophy. Barb and her team deeply believe in that and use those principals to build a relationship of care and concern with everyone they work with. There isn't a lot that they're not willing to do to for their clients in order to help make their moves and their lives easier. It's not just about making the sale - they provide their knowledge and expertise about the market, but their true sense of accomplishment lies in being able to lend a helping hand whenever possible. Positively impacting people’s lives… that’s what it is all about. Connecting with people and getting to know their clients is our favorite part of the business. Coming from past careers in education and as a YMCA Director (Barb) and various positions in Sports medicine, Athletics and Private School Administration (Brandt), they are both very personable and enjoy directly helping people. Their honesty and transparency make them reliable and fair dealing advisors, while their integrity and tenacity leave their clients feeling like they have a team going to bat for them with their best interest in mind. Outside of real estate, their favorite activities include sharing special time with their family, playing games, working on building projects around the house and spending time in the great outdoors. They both grew up in the mid-west and first moved to Tucson in late 1976. They immediately fell in love with the weather and friendly people. Although their careers took them other places over the years, they couldn't stay away. The unique beauty, warmth and serenity of the beautiful desert drew them back and they now call Tucson their permanent home. They look forward to meeting you and getting to share their love for this incredible place they live.
