Andy also brings over 25 years in leadership and management roles, in the Fortune 500 world, corporate head-hunting, family services, radio, and non-profit. Andy has enjoyed many years of training and experience as a Business Coach, Trainer, Mentor and Speaker, and is proud and honored to have helped hundreds of people launch and grow successful businesses, and improve their lives in significant ways, including hundreds of Realtors. Andy recently served as General Manager for the largest real estate brokerage group in Washington state, with over 1200 Brokers and 9 offices.
