Jamie Balise
Jamie has been a real estate broker for 9 years and he absolutely loves his job. He currently lives in Renton, Washington and serves the whole greater Seattle area. Jamie focuses on areas within an hour drive of Seattle but has closed properties as far south as Lakewood and as far north as Sedro Wooley! Jamie goes where his clients take him. Originally from Seattle, Jamie grew up on San Juan Island, and holds a B.A. from the University of Redlands. After that, Jamie spent three years living and working in China (????) and always likes helping to bridge the gap between East and West.Today's real estate market is extremely complicated. Jamie applies himself to be the most informed and hardest working of any broker out there. He often is driving around neighborhoods to see what is happening, combing through the MLS for hidden gems, or reviewing auction properties every week to get an edge.Clients can find Jamie doing market research and writing offers late at night. He searches for things that others overlook. Perhaps a bank listed property and left out the square footage, or an inexperienced broker made a great house look bad.Jamie follows trends in neighborhoods, development patterns, market conditions, and historical data to determine a property's true value, and where it is likely to go in the future. He believes that his true role is service, not sales. Jamie will not hesitate to tell someone to walk away from a deal if he believes it is not in their best interest. Jamie’s main focus is on building relationships to last a lifetime.Despite Jamie’s love of traveling, the Seattle area is still his favorite place in the world. There is so much to offer here, and he loves helping people find the home of their dreams. Clients who need an inspector, builder, lender, or any other related professional, Jamie knows good people who will work hard and get the job done.
