When clients meet Jim, they will quickly note that real estate is his passion. His experience in working with home buyers, knowledge of the real estate market, understanding of home financing and the ability to understand the customers' needs makes him most capable of serving clients! His commitment to meeting clients’ needs includes returning all phone calls promptly, resolving problems quickly, and handling all details of each transaction.Jim began his Real Estate career in 2005 upon moving to Huron with his two children, Claire and James. His prior experience in Banking took him on a tour of the country, and witness to various housing markets, Des Moines, Omaha, Sioux Falls, Baltimore, Boston, Cincinnati, and Huron.Jim has served as the 2012 President for the South Dakota Association of Realtors, and was honored as 2008, 2013, and 2014 Huron Board of Realtors REALTOR of the Year, and the 2014 South Dakota State REALTOR of the Year!His commitment to community is evidenced through his involvement in Junior Achievement, Chamber Ambassadors, Kiwanis, South Dakota BBQ Championships committee, Lutheran Social Services Board of Directors, and Our Saviors Lutheran Church Council, and many other worthwhile organizations.
