His experience is rich in the areas of real estate, business law, and civil litigation. Gil’s prior role as general counsel for a start-up financial services and wealth management company, coupled with his service as the Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Brockton, enables him to better assist his clients in a wide array of business, commercial, and litigation services.Gil has dealt with a variety of litigation matters from cell tower disputes, civil rights & discrimination violations, wage & hour claims, real estate zoning, personal injury, business, and employment claims. He has litigated and settled hundreds of personal injury, employment, and business cases over his career. Gil was named a 2016 and 2017 Massachusetts Super Lawyer.Gil is also the founder of Boston Court Coverage (www.bostoncourtcoverage.com), which specializes in substitute counsel/court coverage for lawyers and consumers through Limited Assistance Representation (LAR).Gil is a graduate of St. Sebastian’s High School in Needham MA, Hamilton College in Clinton NY, and Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. He played collegiate ice hockey and is an avid runner, weightlifter, and newly minted skier and squash player. Gil plays squash at the University Club in Boston’s Back Bay and enjoys skiing in Jackson Hole and Colorado. Gil invests in real estate and loves spending time with his family on Cape Cod.
