George Coffenberg
George Coffenberg entered the real estate business in 1987. In 1988 he started our Property Management Division. Over the years he gradually increased his focus on the commercial real estate business. In 1995, he became involved in land development for local builders and is a current member of the Shore Builders Association. He is an 8 time NJ Circle of Excellence Award winner and a 2 time member of the Prudential Presidents Circle. George Coffenberg is one of the owners of Prudential Zack Shore Properties and the company's Broker of Record.
