Guy Williams, Jr.

Guy grew up in Florida and upstate New York. The son of a home builder and property investor, he is no stranger to residential real estate. Guy earned his computer-aided architectural drafting certificate at age 15 and interned with an engineer for a year before deciding to pursue a bachelor’s degree in education. During his college years, Guy spent a lot of time in East Asia and built a small business providing copywriting and editing services to large corporations in Japan. He has spent the last few years working as an instructional designer for a Tokyo-based international language education company, while building his real estate business on the side.
