Michael Kessinger

Michael finds a particular motto to be true in his life: “The harder you work, the luckier you get!”He grew up in Newport, Oregon, and loves everything the coast has to offer. “We have beautiful beaches, amazing seafood, great hiking, and so much more!” After attending Mt. Hood Community College on a track scholarship, he came right back to his hometown for good.“Before real estate, I used to read electricity meters all throughout the county, which has been very beneficial for my real estate career - I’ve been to every property with electricity in the county many times!”Now a real estate broker since 2014, he works the Central Coast from Yachats all the way up to Pacific City. “Making dreams come true is what really fascinates me.” Ambitious, driven, caring, and fun, Michael has been called a “wizard” in at least one client review.His fiancée, Mackenzie, is also with Opt. They have a 2-year old-son named Madden and two German Shepherds named Willis and Leila. A second property north of Portland gives them a chance to take their boat out and enjoy the sunshine during the summer. When he’s not working, Michael enjoys camping, boating, going to the beach, watching the Blazers and 49ers, and finding a good poker game to play in.
