Tim grew up in the area and graduated from Hamline University, while his wife Char graduated from UMD. They both have had careers in education, owned a resort on Lake Kabetogama, and have dedicated results in working with buyers and sellers in the real estate realm. Whether it be vacant land, residential/recreational, commercial, or something in between, they have you covered.Tim is also a guide on the area lakes and is known as a local historian.
