Tim Schmidt

Tim Schmidt graduated from Denison University with a Bachelors Degree Political Science. He currently lives in Somerville with his wife and 3 children. Tim has been a real estate professional in the Cambridge/Somerville market for over 16 years, with a vast knowledge and expertise in home sales, rentals, and property management. At REMAX Destiny for 8 years now, Tim has participated in many sales transactions and has been a member of the desirable 100% club for 6 years running. In 2017 and again in 2019, Tim was in the ReMax Platinum Club Award for sales over $10M. Tim continues to maintain strong professional and personal connections to the Cambridge/Somerville community. Tim enjoys throwing the ball and hiking with his kids, as well as playing guitar and collecting music.
