He has a role in securing both equity and debt relationships for the company’s acquisition and development investments and continues to emphasize optimal performance for Newstream’s investors. Tim is a graduate of Baylor University’s esteemed Hankamer Business School. He has been an entrepreneur all his career owning and operating numerous successful franchises and businesses throughout his career, including multiple Smoothie King locations, RE/MAX franchises, and a top real estate sales and property management team.
