Let my 16 years of experience work for you! Relocating 8 times (in 5 states) with my husbands career showed me personally how important having the right Realtor is for a successful transaction when we bought and sold our own homes & purchased investment property. Working with a partner, Ted Webber, and two assistants means you'll always be taken care of promptly and professionally. I've invested in my business by becoming CRS (Certified Residential Specialist - only 7% of all Realtors have this designation), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), e-PRO (Certified Internet Professional), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), CRS (Certified Real Estate Financial Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). The Columbia Board of Realtors honored me as the "2016 Realtor Salesperson of the Year". I also won the "Joel Radman" Award as the outstanding Realtor in 2005. A past President of the Columbia "Women's Council of Realtors", I've won the "Excel" Award both for the Columbia Board and the State of Missouri, Member of the Year for the Columbia WCR Chapter, and have been chairman for several Columbia Board committees. I firmly believe in giving back to the community as well and am active in Rotary, The Assistance League of Mid-Missouri, King's Daughters, Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni and Mothersingers as well as my church. A third generation Baylor University graduate, I concentrated on Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations as well as English. Working in Television, Radio (both in sales & management) and owning my own advertising agency twice (in Ohio & Louisiana) I honed skills that are a real benefit to my clients when it comes to marketing their homes. I love real estate, the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people and guiding my clients every step of the way in all aspects of real estate.
