Hello & Welcome! I am a licensed Realtor with Epique Realty serving buyers and sellers in the Iowa City Area. Born & raised in Iowa City, my journey with real estate started back in 2006, when I was just in middle school working summers for a local real estate investor & property manager. In high school, I continued this work expanding my knowledge of property management and understanding the logistics of how a company manages & cares for hundreds of homes. In 2012, I attended the University of Iowa and majored in Elementary Education. While at Iowa, I worked for the U of I Women’s Basketball team as a student manager for 4 years—this was truly an incredible experience being able to work for a first class organization & staff. After college I bought my first home and during that time, I really fell in love with the real estate process. The next couple years I spent investing in real estate and working for a local home contractor — learning the different components and values of what goes into maintaining and renovating a house. I continued my joy for learning about real estate and obtained certifications as a ASHI Certified Home Inspector & State of Iowa Certified Lead Based Paint Renovator because I believe the more knowledge I have, the better I can serve you. This is where I believe my background helps set me apart. The buying & selling process is very exciting, but can also seem challenging at times with so many different elements to consider and that’s exactly why I’m here to help. My background in residential real estate, attention to detail & committment to helping each client with integrity are all immensely important to me. Helping others has always been a passion of mine and I hope to have the opportunity to work with you. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, going to sporting events, listening to podcasts and working on various house projects.
