In August 2019, Rusty Rasmus obtained his Broker Associate License to further his real estate career even further. He strives to make every transaction as transparent and stress-free as possible for his clients. He knows the local market and has a solid network whether that be needing help with lending, inspections, contractors, builders, building movers, cleaning services, legal counsel, and much more. He offers virtual meetings and showings, even as far as electronically signing on almost any document needed for buying or selling. He has been and is currently a part of many groups and boards that include but are not limited to the NWI Board of Realtors, Storm Lake and Cherokee MLS, IAR, and NAR. He prides himself in being that Realtor that can coach his clients and keep them feeling confident in their decisions from the very beginning stages of buying and selling all of the way through closing. Even if they are not in his typical 30-mile radius of Cherokee, he encourages them to look him up anyways, as he would be happy to find them another professional in their future market as well.
